Once your order has been received, please allow 1-2 working days for us to process & prepare your order for shipping/delivery. You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct delivery address on your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address your provide. If an order is returned due to non-delivery/an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping/delivery fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.

Our Standard Delivery Cost for orders within NI & UK Mainland is £4.95
Our Express Delivery Cost for orders within NI & UK Mainland is £5.95

Channel Island & ROI Delivery
Our Standard Delivery Cost for orders to the ROI or Channel Islands is £9.95
Our Express Delivery Cost for orders to the ROI or Channel Islands is £14.50

Collections can be made from our store during our core opening hours as per address and details below. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for collection (most orders will be ready for collection within 1-2 working days). Please bring your order confirmation email with you to store.
