RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Please see below for full details of our returns policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging along with a completed Returns Form, then post your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, as we are not responsible for any non-delivery/lost returns.

We are happy to accept in store returns – please visit store during opening hours with your order in it’s original packaging and your confirmation email/order number.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your refund/exchange/store credit. We cannot refund postage on returned item(s) unless they are faulty at the time of receipt and being returned for replacements. Please allow at least 5 working days from receipt of your item(s) for us to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear in your account/credit card statement, depending on your provider. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

EXCHANGES

Please follow the above ‘return process’, placing the item(s) securely in its original packaging along with a completed Returns Form, stating exactly what you require an exchange for (please specify the new size, new colour etc) and post your return to the above address. If required exchange details are not specified there could be a delay in the process.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, as we are not responsible for any non-delivery/lost returns.
We will post your exchanged product out to the same delivery address stated on the original order, unless otherwise stated by you during the return process.

EXCEPTIONS

Items on Sale are non-refundable, but may be exchanged or returned for store-credit if not suitable.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ORDERS

All orders are checked and inspected before being despatched. However in the unlikely circumstance that you identify defective, damaged or faulty order in anyway, please contact us immediately (within 14 days of receipt of your order) on the below contact details quoting your order number. We ask that where possible you include photos of any faults/damages:

When it is not clear whether a product is faulty or not from the photos provided, we will ask you to return the product to us yourself so that we can examine it. Following confirmation of damage/fault, we will issue a full refund (not including original postage fees), or exchange for a completely new identical item.
